The Company announces that at the Second General Meeting held on 12 June 2008, the resolutions that the Company be wound up voluntarily and the Liquidators be authorised to exercise their powers were approved by Shareholders.

 

Accordingly, the Company has been placed into Liquidation and Gareth Rutt Morris and Richard Graham White of Grant Thornton UK LLP have been appointed as Joint Liquidators.

 

It is expected that the Initial Distribution will be paid to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 11 June 2008, by 20 June 2008.

 

Terms used and not defined in this announcement will bear the meanings set out in the Circular dated 1 May 2008.
